Who we are

This website is operated by SAINT & SAINT STUDIO LTD (registration no. HE 467457), a company registered in Cyprus. We are the controller of the personal data described below. You can reach us at info@hermeshills.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive what you enter in the form — your name, email address, what you would like from us and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, country and message. With it come the page you sent it from, the address of the page that brought you to this website (if your browser shares it) and any campaign parameters in the link you followed.

To protect the form from abuse we also record, with your enquiry, your browser’s user-agent string (which names your browser and operating system) and may record a one-way, salted hash of your IP address. The time you took to fill in the form is checked to filter out automated spam and is not kept.

Why

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to continue the conversation about Hermes Hills — steps taken at your request before any contract — and, in our legitimate interest, to keep the form free of abuse. We do not sell them, and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.

Who receives it

Your enquiry is passed to the project team by a service that delivers enquiries to them on our behalf. Cloudflare hosts this website and, like any host, handles the technical data of each visit, such as your IP address. Some of these services may process your details outside the European Economic Area.

The website itself keeps no copy of your enquiry. Your IP address and email address are held briefly in the server’s memory, to limit repeated messages.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry only for as long as we need it to answer you and continue the conversation you asked for, and then delete it.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If anti-spam protection is enabled on the enquiry form, Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical data to tell people and bots apart.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the details you have shared, or object to their use. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
